  1. Is Your Current Bronco Your “Forever One”?

Yup. Will be 60 in a few weeks. My 225k Ranger is my daily driver. BD is my retirement rig. "Till death do us part."
  2. I need mud flaps, whats everyone using?

Ditto to everything you said. The Rokblokz quick release removal for rock crawling was the main selling point for me.
  3. Metallic Midnight Gold 2022 Bronco Wildtrak Build

Wow! That Midnight Gold just glows in late day sunlight! Impressive!
  4. What led you to the Black Diamond?

That's mine ('22) except I stayed with the std capable bumper. Wanted the fog lights. MGV, rear locker, rock rails, skid plates and 32's are all I needed. Stayed under 40k doing this.
  5. PINK Bronco Wildtrak for $100K! 😳

Your green looks like the 1969 Bronco color of New Lime!
  6. PINK Bronco Wildtrak for $100K! 😳

Great rendering. Heritage editions easily could have been represented with Heritage colors. The Robin's egg blue is good.
  7. PINK Bronco Wildtrak for $100K! 😳

You are right about the Caddy and that color. I could have easily gone for Heritage trim in Starmist Blue, Willow Green, Berkshire Green or Inca Gold ('57 T-Bird colors). Old school (59) here too--waxing nostalgic I guess.
  8. PINK Bronco Wildtrak for $100K! 😳

The pastel idea is a good one, but maybe something other than pink. What were the T-bird colors '55-57? Might make a good Miami Beach cruiser in the art deco district.
  9. Have a name / nickname for your Bronco?

My sister calls her Titanium Escape "Little Grey" so naturally my Velocity Blue BD became "Big Blue."
  10. TORSO octane additive..

The local area for me has 87-89-91 with a few stores selling 93. Some places skip the mid grade and other places selling E88 and flex fuels.
  11. Drivers door alightment/paint issues

Yup, almost the same as mine. Felt like there was a tiny paint/metal spur on the bottom of the door. When I showed the Service Manager, he nodded understanding and said he already knew about this from Ford. He got me in a week from this Saturday. Longer than usual, but he wanted the right guy...
  12. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

Same approach here. I'm taking mine in on Saturday, just want the noise to be documented at my dealership. And while I'm there, also have them look at my driver's door. Seems to be sagging a bit and nicking the door sill now. Definitely not the same as the windshield replacement horror thread video.
  13. Installed Weathertech Mud Flaps on OEM Non-Sas OBX 4-door and fit does not seem correct

Here are my RokBlokz. 2dr BD. Original size. Of course I will remove when rock crawling in Colorado. Just want to keep my paint driving gravel roads here in Kansas.
  14. Spare tire cover or no?

Vintage is my preference here too.
  15. Parking with parking brake, in gear, or both?

My Pops taught me in his '68 Bronco 3 on the tree manual. And I'm doing the same in mine now--set parking brake, gear shift into reverse.
  16. Factory Sound System Sucks. Get Over It.

Compared to an early Bronco with AM radio and one speaker in the dash, this system does a similar job quite well.
  17. Retro spare tire cover!

Dang! That Tan and Eruption Green would be perfect! An Eddie Bauer look.
  18. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

Received a text on Saturday while I was at work saying my Bronco had hit the ground. Drove to the dealer on Monday to look over and get the final numbers. I hadn't said anything about adding their dealer logo, but it is in a good spot. And tasteful. This is my 3rd vehicle that I have ordered...
  19. 6/20/22 Build Week Group

I got a text message yesterday saying mine just hit the ground too. Monday is pre-delivery inspection. I'll probably drive the 25 miles up to the dealer tomorrow to look it over for any issues and finish up last minute details. Then try to find a family member or neighbor who can take me up the...
  20. Dear Ford

Lucky dog! Good woofer. My late Gordon Setter would've gone bananas riding outside his carrier.
