Good article, bad situation. First I hope all the schmucks who said no dealer is doing invoice pricing read this as it lays out why they offered it. I know they wonāt admit their ignorance but you never know. Every order dropped by the customer is $$$. The rest are happy customers⦠or were going...
Brother, I feel like thereās a song in here somewhere⦠way up on dirt mountain⦠my broncoās just sittin⦠way way up on dirt mountain⦠my hopes arenāt giving in. Itās been a long long road, dreaming about driving it, but it detoured to a mountain, cause the tops they made were⦠no good. ;) A...
Looks as bad as what I was coming up with in photoshop. I think it has to do with the grill design. If the grids were gapped wider, perhaps. In the end, whoever offers straight up black ones with Ford across it, instead of Bronco, will get some business.
OFFER THE FASTBACK SOFT TOP TO THE 2DR. Many plan to do it aftermarket anyway. Make it an option, let folks switch, and relieve some of the hardtop demand. Give us the kits and we'll get them later if we really want them. Please!
If and when we ever get our own Broncos, we will not have any peace and privacy until everyone else has theirs. Will see folks slow walking around my vehicle w their smartphones taking video of my dirty interior with cheeseburger wrappers and fishing gear... while I'm shouting at them to stop...
These fender flares match a MIC top, not the painted top and that's what is throwing off the whole look. If you can't get them to match, then forget it and stick to the MIC.
I delayed to MY22 specifically for a green (and maybe for them to work out first year kinks), and this green would be nice. I'm really hoping they do a boxwood green. I'd love to have a modern day version of this beauty.
One day engineers will remember how they did convertibles and not make this a ten step process. Unlock, hit a button, all the way down. Removing three panels, finding storage, and then flipping back to the rolled sardine can, windcatcher, configuration for that price is disappointing.
Hoping they will announce a limited edition, modified Warthog... called the SuperPig with a supercharged diesel, matte finish, 39 inch wheels, gun rack, and chrome smokestacks. Available in 2030.
Bet many chose BL because of its interior, trying to avoid the odd brown, blue, gray interior options in the lower trims. Black interior should be available to all trims. Rapid Red is awesome, but not w some of these interiors.
I checked this entire thread to see if any of the know-it-alls (from fb and elsewhere) that say it's all bs, no one really means below invoice, and we're all morons... had anything to say. Total silence. They're just mad because they jumped in for msrp in exchange for some swag.
I wish we could see the breakdown by tire size. Sounds like an odd request, but I bet the SAS % was impacted by the large percentage of BLs selected. Some probably skipped the 35s, didn't like the look of 32s, but thought 33 ATs were just right. I might be one of them.
Told my dealer in WV I will defer for MY22. He says I'll order in summer. Still planning $1k below invoice, no deposit, but probably $1300 to ship early next yr. So I'll be late to the game, but that's ok. Congrats on your orders... one step closer.
No, not like they do over there. But people still have fun parking on the sand causeways along the bay to hang out with their jeeps... soon w their broncos.
Nice to see some SW FL folks here. I'm in Tampa looking forward to a BB 2DR, 2.7, RapidRed, Sasquatch... someday, probably in 22. I ran to Orlando to see the 2DR going around at the car show... very nice. If/when anyone hears of local test drives (maybe summer) please shout it out. Cheers.
