I would have to agree the OEM brakes even with 35s are impressive and work well.
Powerbrake has a 6 piston kit for the 2.3 version with non e-boost brakes

and Alcon has a kit as well... probably with same...
Here you go. As said above the tire track is shifted one tire width inwards. The tape measure on the ground is butted up against the center bottom of the driver tire and set to 8'
The 360 look down is not quite right as well, but mostly still works.
With the license plate bracket installed...
I'm sure the turbos can be "rebuilt" but that's not something a dealer is going to do, and at the end of the day the cost savings vs just replacing the whole turbo is probably minimal.
I would agree with the others that the bumper does not weigh 172lbs without the winch. I was able to lift it by myself on to the jack lift I used raise it in place. Probably more like 100 lbs plus another 50+ for the winch. I definitely could NOT lift the bumper by myself with the winch...
8" Kicker sub.
It will fit in the OEM sub-box with some trimming with a drimmel to open the mounting hole in the box up a little. It just barely fit, but did fit. No mod's to the speaker required.
I was very happy with the Bilstein 6112's I put on my Badlands SAS and how much they improved body roll.
Let me level out the front
Upgrade to a 2.6" shock
Rides same as SAS yellow shocks
Noticeably less body roll and nose dive.
Lots of bang for the buck in my opinion.
The Whipple and Ford Performance tunes are the only ones that address the transmission. In my opinion the transmission part of the tune is what the truck needs the most. It was night and day better shifting and pedal feel after I installed the Whipple on mine.
Success !!!
I wired up the ARB bumper clearance lights to the new switched wire RTR has you run, so they now come on all the time as well. Looks awesome
@RTR Vehicles, forget the Mode 1 or Mode 2 wiring option. This is how everyone wants and expects these lights to work.
Key on. In park...
