All the places recommended on this thread are out of stock, so I searched the part number posted M-9603-B23A and it's saying 21-24. If I get one just using that part number using my Ford points, will the tune download file be for the correct 2025 2.3L?

Yeah, after I made the initial post I contacted them first and was told the same thing, Ford no longer offers it. Guess I'll wait and see if Ford is just updating the part number or not.

It looks like Ford has removed it off their parts list on the main website. Based on a few parts I've recently tried to order but found they were taken off the site for seemingly no reason, it's probably gone/discontinued unless some dealer still has stock left over.
