  1. Jay Leno features the Bronco Roadster Concept

Design-wise, it’s really lazy. Makes me think perhaps some version could actually come to market?
  2. I can’t get Ford to fix my seatbelts.

Are the parts available? The whole reason for the delay was (supposedly) back ordered parts.
  3. I can’t get Ford to fix my seatbelts.

The latest message to my service advisor has gone unanswered. Next up is the service manager. Everything so far has been documented. I’m hoping it won’t need to escalate further, but I’m ready if it does.
  4. I can’t get Ford to fix my seatbelts.

One would think it would be important to fix the useless seatbelt retractors on my ā€˜22 Black Diamond. But over a year and two dealerships later, Ford still says the retractors are ā€œback orderedā€. The latest dealership has been putting me off for four months now.. When I ask for a status update...
  5. Driver's Side Seatbelt Not Retracting

I took my ā€˜22 in for this months ago, and they’re still waiting on parts. SA said it’s a recall issue, which was news to me. Supposedly the parts will be in by the end of October.
  6. šŸ‘“ 6/13/2022 Build Week Group šŸ‘“

Nice… seeing more of the cactus gray lately. Excellent choice.
  7. šŸ‘“ 6/13/2022 Build Week Group šŸ‘“

Well, I finally got the call that my BD is at the local rail yard. Just need to get it that agonizing ā€œlast mileā€!
  8. šŸ‘“ 6/13/2022 Build Week Group šŸ‘“

First 2dr BD I’ve seen in Eruption. That’s a really good looking truck. Congrats!
  9. Who is in the Two Year Club?

I don’t know about that. My Bronco was completed and released for shipment on 6/29, so there were no holds. Shipping wise it makes no sense, since other members here that live in my market have received trucks that were built after mine. I can’t get any answers or explanations from Ford.
  10. Who is in the Two Year Club?

I don’t know what to do at this point. Tracking has shown as built and awaiting shipment for a month. Ford still says the ETA is tomorrow? They’re clueless. My dealership has no additional information.
  11. šŸ‘“ 6/13/2022 Build Week Group šŸ‘“

Still nothing here. Built 6/29, still ā€œawaiting shippingā€. Customer service still saying ETA is 7/30. Right… No email from Ford. No photo. Zilch.
  12. Who is in the Two Year Club?

The problem is that Ford really couldn’t care less.
  13. Who is in the Two Year Club?

Here’s hoping it’s the real deal this time! After all this BS, you truly deserve to enjoy your Bronco.
  14. šŸ‘“ 6/13/2022 Build Week Group šŸ‘“

Customer service told me today that it’s released for shipment, with an ETA of 7/30. Hmm… Not holding my breath.
  15. šŸ‘“ 6/13/2022 Build Week Group šŸ‘“

Same here. Been ā€œAwaiting Shipmentā€ since 6/29. Dealer tells me it will be August now.
  16. Who is in the Two Year Club?

Ford was happy to take my money on July 14, 2020, right?
  17. Who is in the Two Year Club?

It’s particularly interesting that Ford says they want to transition to a direct-sales model. The Bronco debacle makes it clear that there’s no way on Earth that they could pull that off at any kind of volume.
  18. Who is in the Two Year Club?

That’s unconscionable of Ford. There’s just no excuse for the ā€œchip-delayedā€ customers to keep getting shuffled to the bottom of the deck. I understand that they do it to BS their production numbers, versus deliveries. Really underhanded tactics. The lack of accountability and complete disregard...
  19. Who is in the Two Year Club?

No gripes with my dealer. Ford seems to keep them in the dark too, and they’ve made it clear they don’t like having angry customers. Promised no ADM. Of course we’ll see if they try to hose me on my trade-in?
  20. Who is in the Two Year Club?

Classic! Ford Customer Service: ā€œWe feel your pain. Here’s a hammock and a calendar, now be quiet.ā€ I don’t care about lame swag. How about some reliable communication?
