Sorry to say, communication will not improve. Nick Grove has been the best at communication, and he is the guy that puts in the orders. Sales people do not even answer emails.

Anyone heard from Damerow? I have sent two emails to Kiyoshi with no response. Update - heard from Dale yesterday and Kiyoshi today, sent my build along with $500. Seems all is good for now.
