Is anyone using “Rewards Points”? If so how is it working.

Sorry to say, communication will not improve. Nick Grove has been the best at communication, and he is the guy that puts in the orders. Sales people do not even answer emails.

Try emailing Nick Grove, he is the ordering manager at Damerow, and has been very good about communication. [email protected]. I have resorted to asking him any questions, as the sales team is very silent.

Anyone heard from Damerow? I have sent two emails to Kiyoshi with no response. Update - heard from Dale yesterday and Kiyoshi today, sent my build along with $500. Seems all is good for now.

Last time I heard from Damerow was 11/17 confirming I was good to go with them, no communication since.
