I do the same, chacos and a gortex boot

Yeah the B&O is tuned for the stock speakers so any upgrade can potentially sound like crap. Replacing dash speakers tends to work out ok if the right ones are used. You need to amplify the new speakers.

Nice work! Kind of like the DV8 one that I have but space is better on yours. I put two amps in my DV8 storage and did two 1.25" grommet holes for wiring. I put two mono amps in there. I also have the Musway M6 Pro mounted to the underside of my drivers side rear seat.

It looks like it installs in the same spot as the factory DSP/Amp and you could keep the factory sub and enclosure or do the smart thing and replace it with a 3d printed enclosure from somewhere like additive car audio for a 10" sub. I bet someone, maybe Joe from plug and play kits will make an...
