I mounted my Kicker Key amp on the other side of that brace. That is not a factory item. No offense but did you finance at a high interest rate? They often put locators in such vehicles.

Here is my 2” lift with 32” tires for reference. I don’t think it will make your tires look too small.

Meh, I may have an unpopular opinion but I actually like the look of the high mount better. I like seeing the winch and easy access to all the controls. This hidden winch solution looks cool for those that want that style. To each their own and happy 4wheeling!

Finished up the install today by trimming the plastic covers for the recovery points. Kind of a PITA and someone could make a lot of money if they were to manufacture these pieces. Overall, very happy with how everything turned out and the Rough Country kit is worth the money.

Yesterday I did a thing and installed a winch. Today I trimmed the plastic that surrounds the recovery points. What a PITA that was. Overall I’m really happy with the Rough Country mounting kit.

Winch, speakers with amp upgrade, aux lights, grab handles above doors, tailgate table. Those are what I have done so far. This place costs me money.

What did you use to trim the plastic around the tow hooks? Mine is fully installed except for that step and I'm afraid I'll mess them up. The instructions about trimming the plastic are not the best...

Not right. They are playing games. They know exactly what your price is because they have to pay Ford for that vehicle.

Try setting your high pass filter setting to 120hz. That made a world of difference in how mine sounds.

This is how it works in mine. I was able to adjust amp 2 to get good sound from the rears.
