I have seen two 2 door models so far. And drove one, stick shift. They look great. Well proportioned. To me anyway.

My Mustang GT was Race Red. Man, I liked that color.

I think that Velocity Blue is still in the mix for the base Bronco.

IMHO, I dont think its because many cant buy it at that additional added price. I think its refusing to give in to dealership "wants". Just my 2 cents.
