Makes sense from an engineering standpoint to me for Ford to build them in batches.
One week they'll work on a First Edition product order, and the next may be Big Bend for a week.
That's how factories work. Customization is further down the line.
Who is 'we' though- the dealer, or FORD?
If you were to look at the data you would see the 'filled in' reservation numbers.
I don't know why they did it like that, but I'm just pointing it out.
Example: SORTED BY RESERVATION NUMBER
Timestamp -- Res. #
7/19/20 -- 100001
7/19/20 -- 100042
7/19/20 -- 100335
8/01/20 -- 100390 < -- Outlier...
It's just as easy as filling seats at a concert. Someone refunds their ticket, and another person gets that seat. Everyone else already had their seat set in stone for mnoths, but does that control who gets to sit down first to enjoy the event? No, it matters how bad traffic was. Ha ha ha.
Supposedly, we're set up right with the 33's as-is. Articulation would of course be hindered by the 35" tires on the stock suspension, if that was available..
It looks like when you make a reservation, the first available slot is given to you at that moment in time.
Using the current data, you can sort out this in Excel by reservation number.

Thank you...
Exactly! It's a neat looking grille.
But looks like you have to go Badlands\Wildtrak to get the fancy LED lights with it.
[Edit] For future reference...
I thought the base had more of a halogen look to it.
The rear lights are definitely not as refined on the base - Big Bend as it is on the higher trims.
With the Signature headlights, even the tail-lights have a distinctive shape (kind of like a horse hoof, in the shape of a "B")
Yeah, I saw it when they changed it on Friday afternoon.
I gazed at my CGI Bronco with the painted top all day until then.
(I was watching as they did it)
As they changed the website, some angles were painted, and others had the dark-grey top.
It was extremely slow too.
Not exactly, check em out side-by-side. They have the same sort of shape, but they aren't as pronounced. Use the colorizer on the Ford website and switch between 2 and 4 door.
I couldn't imagine my '93 S10 Blazer without the tire cover on the back.
Don't know if I will cover it on the new Bronco, because I know I'm going for those 33" BF Goodrich tires on the Badlands.
I don't understand why the petition is needed, as Bronco has many options (like getting the better looking painted top). Try out their colorizer on the main page for the 2 door to see this in action.
Also, the 'matte' roof, black or gray will still fade in the sun.
You'll never guess what color...
