I was at the Los Angeles event on Saturday. Pretty warm day, in the low 80's. There was a BD there and the vinyl was HOT. Very, very hot. This was around noon. YMMV.

No idea. The woman giving the presentation just said that the BD was not available to sit in and that the doors were locked, but did not offer any further explanation. A few things: The steering wheel felt small to me. I guess that would be helpful when off-road? Not sure, but I was weirded out...

Same. It felt like a latex glove. It was super exposed to the sun and it was HOT. The leather felt better to me, overall.

NGL, I am beginning to feel the same way. Compound the fact that the wait and delays have diluted my excitement. I will be at a preview event this coming Saturday. I hope it assuages my fears, however, if I leave feeling disappointed, I may have to pull the plug on my order. iGuess we will see.
