If you have a reservation, Ford will support you and help with the dealer. If not, all bets are off, however they may help since you got it in writing from the dealership. It should not matter if it's under new management. The agreement is with the company, not the owner of rhe company

Interesting! This probably explains why my Bronco has disappeared from tracking for 4 days on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe line! Hopefully it reappears soon.

Rock rails and rock sliders are different names for the same thing. Generally rock rails are attached to the frame of an off-road vehicle, however Ford has installed the Bronco rails at the pinch weld and state that it can support the entire weight of the vehicle should it get hung up on a boulder.

Did you have a reservation when you ordered? If yes, the right person at Ford should be able to pressure F'n Phil Long Ford since there should be no ADM in that case. If no reservation, then moving it would be your best option, if it is possible. Most people have not been able to move...
