For sure - I think performance will be close enough that you should base your decision on other factors (e.g. Basesquatch if your want best bang for your buck, Badlands if you have to have the disconnect, washout floors/vinyl, or mid/high/lux etc.).
Either will be fine. The 2.7L 4-door non-sasquatch Badlands is the best desert runner according to Ford, as this is what they ran in the NORRA Mexican 1000 rally.

Do we know what Hoss 2.0 suspension is? Ford website says this comes with "Sasquatch Package with HOSS 2.0 suspension". Wonder if it's any different from current Sasquatch suspension?
