Hmmm -- OK. This would be a little frustrating if Ford sold a ProCal, required dealer or ASE install for warranty, and then required you to pay for uninstalling and reinstalling the tune (again if you technically want to keep the warranty) when there is a software update.
Unless this is to be...
I’m about to take my truck in for routine service for the first time since I had the tune installed. There are some updates the dealer will need to do such as updating software to have windows roll down upon unlock and/or fixing camera stutter issues.
Do software updates in general mess with...
29 days! Sounds like maybe a regret purchase - $$ or they didn't like the truck? If the history report is clean, I can't imagine they returned it that quickly because of issues with the truck itself.
Agree 100%. I buy the car I want at the time of purchase. I have no loyalty to a brand. Why is that? Because they have no loyalty to me - I’m just a number.
Funny, I just went to check the value of mine on Truecar and it has me as a 2.3 instead of a 2.7 (when I ever the VIN). Seems to be no way to fix that detail!
If someone paid $120k for a BRaptor and then wants to trade it in 1 year later, I assume they could not care less about losing $50k because they have tons of money. If that’s not the case, then they are idiots.
I know that ASS is the most divisive topic on this forum ever (🤣), but I have found that it gives a decent boost to MPG for the city/local driving. It keeps me at about 16.5mpg (4DR SAS OBX) vs 15.5'ish without ASS. Highway I usually get around 17-18mpg.
FYI - I have the Ford ProCal and that...
Hmmm…even just for a couple days? Honestly, some of my cars (all 2016 or newer) will sometimes go 1-2 weeks without driving and I’ve not yet had a battery issue. I don’t do anything special as far as I can tell. Heck, our 2016 has an 8 year old original battery in it and I’m just waiting for it...
I think my main point is that, this video, there is a guy stealing your bronco from your driveway. I really don’t see how you can justify shooting him dead for that.
Yeah man. I’m pretty sure they just want the car. Lol
Plus, shoot to kill is kind an odd first step. Scare them off maybe? In any case, I guess I’m lucky that this decision will likely never come up for me.
