I just talked to my dealership and my build date is cleared for 6/9. So either the official ford email and my dealership's computer are wrong or the information of this thread is wrong.
"Big things are happening right now. We are excited to let you know your 2022 Bronco Outer Banks™ 4 Door has been scheduled for production. Your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of June 6, 2022."
received on may 15th. so that was wrong?
Thank you for all the constructive answers! It seems that I am going to keep both, the Volvo and the Bronco. Of course every accident is different and there is no good way to predict the absolute saftey of the bronco. But I think the Volvo is still overall the safer pick for the family and I...
Hi,
my 4 door Outer Banks with Lux Package is scheduled for beginning of June and we are super excited. Our main Family car is currently a Volvo S90 and I might sale it once the Bronco arrives. The only thing what we are debating with my wife is the saftey for our 1 year old. Even though the...
Those of you who have had your broncos already manufactured and waiting for months, did you receive the usual tracker emails with VIN saying "your build date is week of February xyx"? I have just received an email with build date of june 6th and was wondering if it is going to be the same game...
Good to know. As mentioned before, with the Maverick I was on top of it all the time. I was on the Maverickforum every day and optimized my order specs several times. I ordered in August and got my Truck in December. I think taking out few options helped a lot. There are still several people who...
I have a fully loaded outer banks 2.3L on order since Feb 21 and still no word from Ford. I called my dealership today and they told me to cancel the tow package, they told me this and the hard top might hold it back. I don't want to cancel the hard top but did cancel the tow package. With my...
Thanks, I think the same way. As already mentioned, most of the reports I have seen with Bronco engines going bad, were with the 6 Cylinder. I have actually not seen any reported issues with the 4 Cylinder. Also the 4 Cylinder engine has been around much longer and has a great track record...
I am still undecided between 4 and 6 Cylinder. My current order has the 4 Cylinder because most of the reported issues I have seen or with the 6 Cylinder. After all the experience and discussions of the last few weeks, any recommendation which one is more durable?
I think these were reservations they had never heard back from and they turned them to orders to add them to their lot. If you don't want to believe me, fine. If other people are interested, just give them a call and check it out.
Dear Friend, I have been waiting for my Bronco for over 8 month and have researched the heck out of this baby. I can guarantee you that I know the difference between Bronco and Bronco Sport. The only reason I put Alto Blue in my initial post was because I was simultaneously looking in the...
One of the main reasons I go with the 4 cylinder, is that most of the engine issues I have seen are with the 6 cylinder. The 4 cylinder is one of the most proven engines on the market and pretty bullet proof. This is for me more important than a newer engine which still seem to have some issues.
I went to my dealership to check the order status of my Bronco and Maverick and was surprised to see that they have 8 Broncos on their lot. All of them had a mark up between 10 and 15k. I went into the show room and could have a closer look, which was great. In the same time there were 2...
