Thx so much for trying to recreate it and help me with this. I'll bring it up to the dealer when I go in - need to get in about a couple other things - mainly to install hitch which they forgot about.
I'll let you know what they say
yeah - I have MGV 'Grey/Black Seats'. 2 Top - black painted hard top, soft top. Sound deadening headliner and black appearance package.
Hard top looks identical to the 3rd photo in the 1st post. Was also wondering - so seems like I'm all set.
Thx for this thread!
I'm just getting used to my 7sp. [edit - adding that I originally posted this after 4 days of ownership. I think there's something wrong with the shifter so I'm taking it in to get looked at. So - it might not be something I hate about my Bronco if they fix it. Will report back]
I've been...
That's good to know about the grill - I really like it - lucked into it!
About the spring, that's on my list of items that I haven't installed yet. I'll post here for sure when I get it in. It's larger than I thought, based on the videos I saw about installing it!
I did take the top off today...
That's a great Q. No idea. I don't know the options/packages/trim levels to know about the various grills. I looked at my sticker when I posted above that those are the only items on it. I'm glad I have it though. Bronco overlays are coming in glossy, like the grill, and then the wheels...
I'd like to get going on Forscan but seems like people were saying the Forscan coding for seat belt wasn't working for 2025 models. So I found this other option, but hadn't tried with Forscan.
I might use if for my change of tire size, but need to go to dealer to see about TPMS anyway, so...
I have a new 2025 Big Bend and just fiddled with it a bunch of times. I think what worked was to have the engine off and the Bronco on in accessory mode, and then to insert/remove the seat belt 5 times.
I still have the warning light dominating the dash screen, but no more annoying chime!
Hey folks - picked up my rig Thursday evening and did a bunch of mods in the first few days, working solo several hours each day. Here's what I have after almost 3 days:
- Sasquatch wheels / tires - bought used / like new - locally, $2k as fyi
- blacked out center caps - amazon plain, were...
So low! But going rate is low. Seems better to keep if one has the space and can make good use of them. If not, good to clear out and get what you can get.
Thx for that data point. Assuming that's what I'd get, prolly$500-800.
thanks!!
Pricing for non-Sas wheels seems low, like under $1k and probably more like $800 for 5 new tires/wheels. These are current ads from other ppl on FB.
I may just keep my original wheels for long trips home to fam. Will decide after testing out how quiet / livable the new tires are...
Thx again all for the comments - especially the one above. [And on RC bracket.] I had been looking at takeoff tires/wheels for a while but got more serious about it and bought some. Nearly new Sas wheels (5 of them!) for $2k. Came with TPMS and bolted right on after removing crash bars. Had...
New 7sp Bronco arrived Thursday after a long wait. Installed most of the mods and junk piling up in the garage in the first 24 hours. I bought some Sas tires/wheels and put them on with just crash bars removed. Here's the poke difference for Black Diamond vs Sas, stock non-Sas flares, and...
Picked up the car today, brought it home and started on the mods. Crash bars off, bull bar on, BD wheels off, new Sas tires/wheels on (bought used, very low miles, wheels in perfect condition, $2k. I added the blackout centercaps and lugs). More mods to come tomorrow (zroadz sliders, RC...
Are any of you adding some color to the exterior?
Should be picking up my Desert Sand BB/Black Diamond w/ black appearance package in a few days. Already bought a bunch of mods. Everything is going to be black besides the desert sand stuff. Black bronco letter overlays in grill, bonco script on...
Yeesh - are you saying that the OEM rock rails were better than the Zroadz for protecting the paint from rocks spitting up and chipping? (or were your 'old ones' something different than OEM rock rails?)
Either way - thx for the reply and confirms my thought that some rock rails will be better...
Looking for opinions - it's so cool that everybody has one! :)
I've searched and seemingly read every post on no lift base-ish suspension with 35s. I haven't seen this Q or opinion: Base-ish suspension with 35s, less stress with lift or no lift?
If one isn't going offroad with much of any...
