OP like others have said you need to get your money back and just walk away from this deal. If you still have an order with that dealer see if you can transfer it to another dealer. If you can't then just bail on it and order the same thing from a high volume dealer to get one in hopefully less...

Ok lets assume this guy is 100% telling the truth. Why the fuck are you taking a soft top vehicle in subzero artic temperatures? That's asking for trouble if you break down or slide off the road. Common sense ain't so common though eh?
