Yes. Told them it was a toy I didn’t need. Said I would need $2000 of mrsp to make deal work. They told me they weren’t doing that and it’s a high demand vehicle. I said ok and told them I wouldn’t be buying it.
Got a call a couple days after order banks open and said they would do the deal...
But there isn’t high demand. They have no demand. Cars are all spoken for by people with reservations. Let’s say my dealer has 10 people reserved at their dealer. They can sell all 10. But if I walk away and say no thank you (which I did in December) the dealer loses the sale. Doesn’t matter how...
The key is to negotiate from a position of strength. Keep in mind this is your Bronco. Not the dealerships. If you don’t buy it they don’t get to sell it to someone else.
I got $2000 off mrsp by telling my dealer (and I meant it) that I would not buy the Bronco without the $2000 off.
I’ve backed away from buying a Bronco. Not because “I was never going to buy it anyway”
I’ve owned an FJ Cruiser, Jeep, Raptor and others.
Ford has done absolutely nothing but disappoint since their excellent announcement and videos of the Bronco.
I’m not going to go down the list because you...
If I’ve learned anything from this experience it’s that Ford Canada truly doesn’t give a crap about their customers and that their dealership network is not only uninformed but dishonest. They pretend to know what’s going on but in reality they have no clue.
I’ve decided to walk away from the...
I’ll be canceling my Bronco. Service and roll out have reminded me why Ford is, and always has been a second rate brand. My time is too valuable and I have too many options to try and deal with Ford.
Had reserved with Campbell Ford. They are a mess and either woefully uninformed or just plain dishonest. Would like to switch to a different dealer but can’t find info on how to do it? Would appreciate link to post or insight.
Thanks for feedback. I don't trust the dealership or their information. Nice people but woefully uninformed.
Will post back to this after I meet with them tomorrow but I'm assuming they are mistaken.
Got a call from my dealership here in Ottawa, Canada (Campbell Ford) asking me to come in to the dealership tomorrow to place my order. Says the ordering system is now online.
As far as I know it's not supposed to be open until December? Can anyone confirm this?

But it’s everyone’s business because he is going to take delivery of one more broncos before other people who have reserved one. It effects everyone. And of course he has the right to do it. Just as I have the right to hope he loses money on it
