Bob, Even with your rail car being picked up on UP's rail line, You can still track through CSX and the tracking system. CSX will follow to the customer drop location (rail yard). It might take a day or so to really start updating.... if needed PM me and I can assist. I know it works as mine...

Hi Debra, seeinh that Central Tx as your location I'd guess that you'll rail for a little bit before getting on a truck - Palsapp is for truck only (my understanding) Ask your dealer for their visibility report - it'll have the rail car number when assigned and once you have that you can track...
