1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt. - TIP don't speak; type instead. TTGX = 81814192

if I'm not mistaken and someone else here can chime in..... this only gets you a rail car number... then tracking is from rail companies as we've been doing. You have your rail car so shouldn't need this site.

Originally when I called I "spoke" the info. was given the tip to type in letters TTGX = 81814192 then xxxxxx (your number aka 696333). for you = departed Illinois today. (I called for ya)
