I know I have them on both sides have removed them when removing steering rack to get them out of the way, seemed to be be more a beauty piece than anything else.

Have done a few lifts so far, and have not taken lower control arm off for any of them, some of the puck lifts remove the studs from the top of the strut so it is easy to slide back in and then bolt down from the top into the puck, so slides in easy, others I have had to remove the studs...

Can put up a cheap hoist that way you dont have to have all the cables and ropes hanging from your ceiling when the top is not in it.

Yeah everything is back to operational. Muddigger offroad is doing a solid axle swap , and took their front dif out, I was able to grab it from them and swapped it out with the broken one and and busted CV axle and good to go again.

I can confirm that without the support of them there is a whole lot of creaking and crackling noise coming from the tailgate, adding some extra padding there makes a big difference, and I would not run it with the gap.

The back glass needs to be open which helps balance out the weight a bit but its not 100% I have a low ceiling and it still works with just a hoist in the ceiling, I ran the channel above the rafters to give a bit more space. so the hoist actually sits at same height as the rest od the ceiling...

What they said :) there is two posts for each letter that are plasti welded through so there are two circular wholes for those and two or three of the letters also have a third alignment pin whole which is square. The plastic that is left is basic shape of the letters that go on them they are...

Not sure what the specific weight is, but even going with a heavier 35 inch wheel and tire combo is too much for it , and introduces all sorts of new noises coming from it without reinforcing anything.
