Is the rubber mat in the cargo area standard on all trims? First I can recall seeing it out perhaps the wide angle lens is throwing it off for me.

@DanielleS77 i bet the odds of other reservation holders at a small town dealer is quite a bit less that at the bigger cities so you might just luck out and be #1 of #2 or something like that 🤪😃! Best of luck.

@wild pony You must be sitting in a pretty good spot with a July 17 reservation. Didn't hurt to ask the dealership though how many people were ahead of you and what their preliminary allocation is.

Just East of Windsor :)! I'm a July 13th (14th with whatever timezone their reservation system uses) but I have one of their deadly sins (Lux Package). I'm also only getting a Black Diamond so we'll see if the rumours of the majority of MY2021 builds being BL is true or not.

Does anyone here know how they rank in terms of reservation timestamp compared to others at their respective Dealerships?

@SassyBronco2021 I'm very curious as well, I really hope it works out for you. Nothing's worse than a dealership being less than helpful with simple requests. You are the paying customer here, please don't ever feel like you are being bothersome for asking questions that should have very simple...

My issue is more along the lines of this dealer implying that they will have stock for off the street purchasers. No reference to reservation holders or the ordering system.

Anyone else see dealerships post claims like this in Facebook? I'm just happy it's not one of my local dealerships but I feel bad for the people a few towns over who have to deal with this type of uneducated or worse greasy marketing. .

Yeah unfortunately they close it a month out at a time, and the past 11 months is been extended. I don't predict the border opening until June.

I have a PIN as well but the dealer has stated no X-Plan allowed. Not much I can do if the dealer won't play ball.

Good news everyone! Confronted the dealer one more time yesterday and as of this morning my Ford portal now shows - "In-Store Order"... with yesterday's order date, over a month later... :oops::LOL:. NEW QUESTION: My order is a Area51 BADLANDS and the portal still shows the Black Diamond that...

Thanks for your Reply Zack, I surely hope this isnt the dealership playing games. Perhaps I give them the benefit of the doubt and try and contact Ford to see if there is an issue on their end, and if not see what they suggest I do. Sigh.

And that is in an of itself my issue. It's been over a month and I am still not showing "In-Store Order"....
