    Agreed. That would be my hypothesis also for testing. In my opinion that would not be considered putting miles on the engine. If that is the case then all engines are used before they are sold. As said before factory testing is mandated and must be done before engines can depart the factory doors.

    Testing is mandated yes. Thought you were saying they take them on the road. They break them in within the factory. We are buying newly tested engines. Not used engines LOL.

    Same here. Maybe only the ones that get the email are limited to that day to change their dealer LOL. That would suck.
