Just look at your m3u file in something like notepad and make sure the song file references look like this, it's how I did mine and it works perfect -

Nope, it folds up in place and you cannot access the "trunk" area by folding the seats down. There is a metal plate across the backs of the seats when its "up".
I am pretty sure OHV permits are still required for vehicles. I always buy one every year.

I printed mine in PETG and it has held up fine. I have had it installed for a couple of years now.
If you have a thin piece of wood, that would probably work too.
Here is a basic generic plate I 3d printed that will screw into the existing holes in the kicker key 500.1. I drilled holes in this printed adapter and attached the subwoofer enclosure when I did my audio upgrade.
