I felt the same way about opening the doors when I went for a test drive. I opened and closed them multiple times and came away thinking how the window catching on the weather stripping would ruin it over time, not to mention it was weird how the windows spring out and Shake in the door as you...
I think at this point it’s safe to say there was a quality issue, and that’s that. It’s fair to discuss it on a site designed to talk about the Bronco, good and bad. You’re acting like this is your product and taking things personally. Chill out a little.
I think you are looking for a Bronco club. At this point most people are drawn to the forum for either research, or they have a problem and are looking for answers. It has evolved since people are no longer in the waiting mode for the Bronco.
People who have not received theirs are looking for...
I think some of these posters should be on the Ford super fan site (does that even exist?). It’s easy to attack the person who had the problem out of fear that your soon to be Bronco may have similar problems.
No point arguing with the lot of you. Nothing that is said with any reason will sway...
Lol, I’m fairly certain anyone that has been on this forum for a minute is aware of the supply chain issues. Not sure how commodity shortages have an effect on quality though. That would be more akin to production delays.
This is what I was thinking as well. This Forum, and those that are on it, are a very small sample of all of the Bronco’s that have been currently delivered.
I guess that’s what’s got me on pause more than anything else. If this tiny fraction of current owners is having this many problems, how...
Ohh I can help you with that. The OP said it in his first post. Basically, he drove in sand, the vehicle stopped working and the dealer said, “sure is a lot of sand under here, probably should call your insurance company”
Which led to us to naturally react to such a silly suggestion. He also...
Alert Alert Alert. Ford Fan boy annoyed that information is being shared and good times are being had at Fords Expense.
Lol, wow
Chill out man. Humor is a way of dealing with the small frustrations of life, you know, like buying a brand new car and having it leave you stranded on the highway.
Wait are you saying you should be courteous and patient with people, then in the next sentence you say all we do on 6g is “wailing, crying, whining, and complaining”…that’s not very courteous or understanding of you.
I’ll give it a try though. I’m sorry you are forced onto Bronco6g everyday...
I think you nailed my feelings and expectations.
In true 6g fashion I will assume there will be quite a few that tell you/us to cancel without even readings the attached letter.
I get what you’re saying. I guess I was more thinking stock wrangler JLURs. I can see how going big can compromise the geometry of the SFA making it more unstable at higher speed.
