Stopped by dealer today and finally got to see all the the colors I was interested in. I would definitely get cactus gray if I could, but I’m going base and will get the other CG instead.
Starting to really like the Fuel D665 Shok wheels. 17x9 w/ 20mm offset with 285/70r17 tires. I hope the standard flares will cover the tread at that offset.
Kinda like the painted red center cap trim on these too.
So your Bronco specialist who is a dealer told you he can change it back, but won’t?
If you’re talking about a call center representative, I wouldn’t expect them to have any hard facts.
@DealerInsider appreciate all your insight, but can you give a answer to if a dealer can convert an “in-store order” status back to the original reservation. My gut says no, but there are a bunch of people that think some dealers are continuing to hold there reservation/orders hostage. Just...
So, I’ll apologize in advance cause I’m in a mood, but if you needed the $100 back that bad, you probably shouldn’t be buying a bronco or any new car right now.
So for a base, is partially blocking the smaller intercooler worse than partially blocking the radiator? Will it get enough airflow if put on the center of the bumper?
It’s funny that BN only has about 5 posts on their thread and we’re at 3 pages. Also they are saying it’s an improvement to a previous placement/version. I haven’t seen any other different front license locations.
Well there’s people that have been waiting 2-3 weeks now, so you’re either really special or your dealer cancelled your order.
My dealer got back to me and said Ford has to revert the orders, and referred to the FAQ email, about calling the 800 number and having to wait for them to change it...
Please clarify again that dealer can change “in-store order” status back to a reservation. The dealer that did this to me has been very nice, and has reached out since that they hope I get it all worked out. I guess I will ask him to check with his Ford rep to help me out.
