Interesting learning: just back at it and when you open door (with keyfob on you), the lights come on including Grill letters (tied to ignition coils)….Interesting!!! and letters stay on for like a minute or more

Correct…..they did not come on when first hooked to power. Only after I started the truck did they come on About to hit the garage and will report back as soon as I figure it out. Thanks for all the input from everyone.

Yes all the other letters work. I will expose the wire today thru insulation and hope I don’t have to tear apart a soldered joint.

Ok yes that’s what I was thinking too. Just expose some wire. If bad LED but I got power that’s an easy fix. Just splice in a new one. If no power, then I gotta tear apart that first connection

I will test more today as it was very late last night. Maybe you’re right and it just shuts off after X seconds. I used add-a-fuse which is a shared connection with an existing fuse “Probe”? I can’t just hover my voltmeter over the wire, can I?

Installed my grill letters yesterday w backlight amber. Did a little research and was suggested for other lights to tap into fuse#9 (ignition coils). This would make them always on. 2 glitches: 1) The B did not work. After all my precise wire connecting, shrink fit joints, black tape to clean...

I topped into fuse#9 (ignition coil) with an “add-a-fuse” to power my ORACLE BRONCO grill letters. Last night when I shut car off the letters did not immediately shut off. I’m gonna experiment with it today but any thoughts??

All day carefully connecting all wires, zip tie neatly, etc and damn it the B not working…Gotta tear apart tmrw and fix this :( btw I connected to Fuse #9 with “add a fuse”. This is ignition coils fuse

Oracle BRONCO grill letters installed. Had a little too much to drink so not perfectly straight 😜

Bug / “rock” deflector installed…Bronco is a bug magnet, even just little short trips to get coffee. I think looks good as I’ve always like the look on other Broncos. Real test soon……

Absolutely awesome for step as well. Only .25” difference between 20 degree and 5 degree. But you gotta decide your needs to pick the right slider/step. These bolt to frame as a true slider, but if you’re just look for steps, I’d choose something else that mounts to existing locations on body...

20 degree Sliders installed yesterday/today (by myself) with my new floor jack :) Install was 6 outta 10. Wiring harness and brake lines did not have all locations remaining to insert clips back into. Strange but there was nothing nearby. I zip tied a few spots. I think they are awesome and...

RCI Sliders installed today. About as difficult as I expected. My new floor jack was so critical in my success by myself. Used pry tool to pop all the brake line and wiring harness clips. Most went back in, some did NOT have a new hole either in the slider or frame, so I zip tied a few. Weird...

hmmmmmm…I will have to check this…You might be right and I’ll have to start over :(
