Ours are on rail, just in time for a rail strike. Nothing to do but sit and do some more waiting and hoping! Mine is being built on my brother's bday and could very well deliver on mine, IF hiccups are kept to a minimum.
Last friday I had a production date of 11/4. Just checked and my window sticker is ready with a blend date of 10/31. When I asked chat if the production date had changed they said it was "in production, ETA pending update."
Giddyup.
Called (chat wouldn’t fire up for me) and I am scheduled for 11/4, which is a Friday. As that is so late in the week, I won’t be betting on the 10/31 build week sticking, but I will be hoping!
Womp womp. Eyore is in charge of colors.
Reminds me of my ‘98 Exploder (taken on the day I cash-for-clunkered it), I think it was Blue Jean — a light blue grey with silver flake. The color itself is fine, but a stable of grays is tame and not Bronco in the least.

Ford still thinks the dealers are the customer base. For now they are, but: adapt or die.
Admittedly, they aren't giving the dealers great info either. Who knows who they care about because the stock market isn't enamored with them either.
At least they aren't promising something they can't...
Got my VIN assigned for the #lastbatch — I went with OBX, so want to promptly ditch the wheels and tires. Anyone have a shop in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota they'd recco to make sure I don't muff things up? I have been looking for takeoffs, but nothing I'm interested in. Right now thinking...
Just today put $2500 into my old car based on the bump email. And as it would happen, lucky to have been one of the 35 for Oct 24 build week. Was #120-something on the spreadsheet.
OBX MIC Tow 2.7 Lux Mod — NOT SQUATCH
Also got the bump email. Had to make the call to put $2500 into my POS 09 Nissan. Paid for the repairs today and literally 10 mins later got the email. Not complaining, but it is so typical for how this has gone. Now we shall see if I take delivery in 22. Nothing will be taken for granted...
really really wish they had mentioned consumer relations with the Bozeman hire. He’s allllll B2B. As long as dealers are the customers, I have no faith the end consumers (the actual enthusiasts) will be taken care of.
Thanks for the update Zach. I could really go for that extra car inventory right now. I'm #125 and am limping along with my Rogue — have to replace wheel bearings, tires, brakes this week because I can't safely put it off any longer. 😔 I have driven 2 summers w/put AC because who thought it...
