I've Raptor-lined an old TJ some years ago, and was able to achieve the more granular texture you've got on your grille there by spraying instead of rolling. It looks really great on yours and I've been debating doing something similar with mine.
Would you mind sharing what you used for...
Are you screwed directly into the plastic wall there to mount the amp and LOC? I’m installing tomorrow and it’s what I’ve been considering but the plastic seems so thin?
Well I basically have to do this -- I've already done the speaker upgrades. Difference is noticeable but not as substantial as other upgrades I've done in the past.
Do you have any resources on where to get a quick rundown on FORscan basics?
Thanks so much for the great vid. Subscribed and...
Yeah you're the second person I've had say that. I've got the vinyl and some experience, I may just give it a shot for now.
Quote on the grille alone (Big Bend) was ~800 bucks.
Curious if you considered wrapping the grille instead of painting? I'm looking at doing mine soon and naturally I'm worried about all the detail work with all the holes and contours.
Well damn, I was really hoping to see the grille wrapped as well.
I'm looking to wrap mine and I haven't seen anyone that's done it, or had it done.
Looks great, love the detail work on the rollbars.
I have 2 car seats in mine. One for my 3 yr old, one for my 2 yr old. There is plenty of space, my 2 yr old gets upset she can't kick the seat like my 3 yr old can.
I just drove it man. I just drove it for the second day I've had it and thought about all the places I will take it. All the things I want to do. The memories I'll make. I looked for any reason I could find to drive around. I just drove.
I should clarify that PALAPP never updated beyond “dispatched” yesterday and that I still have yet to receive a shipment Email from Ford. And yet my dealer sent me an image of it sitting on the lot this morning. He was as shocked as I was.
