    Yep, Painted surface...hard top bracket....bolt. Socket would never touch paint. Paint is blemished from hard top bracket pulling it off.

    Anyone know where the molds/tooling are for the initial prototypes that didn't appear to have issues? I think I read original tops were built in Germany by Webasto...someome fire the plane up and get them to the US.

    I didn't say which month in 2022...lol. They can build a lot of dealer soft tops for 14 -16 months

    My bet... 1. HT for FEs and current built units going forward, est delivery by Dec. 2. Soft top only for those with a VIN but not built, but you get HT connections and a future HT for free or discount. 3. No more VINs for 2021. Everyone else is 2022+ with new HT supplier.
