Get the 2.7. It loafs along with all that torque. Puts out as much torque as the 5.0, but 2000 RPM LOWER! Plus it's port AND direct injected.

I put 20,000 miles on a '22 BS Badlands in Area 51 blue, while I waited for a real bronco. I think Ford is misleading people about BS capabilities. When they get stuck, the 4 wheel drive system overheats VERY EASILY. When the system gets hot it shuts down very quickly. THEN YOU SIT AND WAIT. AND...

I use a base Sas 2 dr as a daily driver. and have racked up 45,500 miles in a little less than 2 1/2 years. I love this thing. I tell people that if you're going to get a Bronco, make sure you get a 2.7 advanced Sasquatch. Or you'll be sorry.

I've had four Fords in a row. The only warranty work needed on ANY of them, was on the Bronco(Tech came to my house and reflashed the wiper motor and was done in less than ten minutes).
