I do feel the code orange hard plate on the raptor is kind of useless since there is a cross brace that completely covers the plate. They are awesome on non braptors though!

Probably along the same lines, its not so much the name but the structure. SVT was able to do some cool stuff. No way FP or FR could cancel a model year because it was dog shit, like Coletti did with the 2002 SVT Cobra. The result being a badass 2003 mustang that the ford penny pinchers despised.
You might want to reconsider your purchase if you need to flat tow. Best to read up about the on going issues and liabilities.

I had their setup on a old explorer sport. It was fine. The explorer did end up with a stretched timing chain, which was a known platform issue, but im sure the firm shifting didn’t help the stresses on the valvetrain.
This is a question better asked prior to buying. Today i would recommend ZFG

i got $45k for my maxed out badlands a year ago but it was also part of a deal for my raptor. Im sure on its own it was low 40s or less at the time. Alot has changed even from a year ago. High 30s sounds right.
