@Ksjrb03 is absolutely correct Ill also add that in my experience the panel itself caused most of the issues i didnt do nearly as extensive, but pulling the panel and kilmat the body and inside panel at the contact areas fixed 90% of my rattles

a good DIY option is the ford splash guards for non sas and cut to fit - trim the flares and a hole for the rails there are a number of treads with good examples of this that what I've done till I see a better option that doesn't cost $$$, works well

I had a detail, full wrap and window tint done for $5k CAD, so 7K US is on the high end of the spectrum depending what you plan on doing, def recommended at least a partial wrap the self healing works well, already had some pinstripes on the passenger door disappear
