Re 220,000 fordpass points. Using the app, I chatted with a Ford pass rep. He/she stated my points where there for my account/purchase, but my dealer needed to apply it. The gave me a Case #, or the could use my Member ID to apply the points. Ford stated I have 220,000 to be applied.
