Iām not going to lie, I am close to dropping my reservation. What the Bronco has is nostalgia for me. I owned one when I was younger and I love the look of the 6g.
Nostalgia only goes so far though, and I feel like a lot of things promised never came to be. From the saddle interior on the demo...
I plan on going to one of the rodeos at some point, unfortunately they are all a little far off the beaten path. Iād make a family trip out of it, but I was told my youngest canāt go for the ride along, so Iāve been trying to carve out a period of time where itās just me that goes. Sadly, more...
And only the badlands Bronco or Sasquatch can compete with a Jeep. Most buyers canāt afford the options that make it better than a jeep.
An interesting comparison for the mass media reviewers would be a stock Black Diamond vs a stock Jeep Willys vs a stock 4Runner venture. Probably never see it...
Ohh, when you own a Toyota you still need to get the oil changed occasionally. š
In all seriousness though, Toyota lost me when there was an issue with the steering in my wifeās Highlander. Their repair caused the steering linkage to fall apart on our drive home visiting family on Christmas...
I agree, my point was that unfortunately I donāt see them focusing much attention on this while they have their hands full with the MIC. No consolation to anyone with the problem.
Iām not sure thatās all of us. I have a new JLUR that I bought while I wait for the MOD top and I love it. I thought when I test drove the Bronco I would be blown away and I wasnāt. I think, and I know I will get flamed for this, but the JLUR has a better over all interior.
I also feel like...
It works differently in the Bronco, doesnāt drop at all before the door opens. Just hooks the weather stripping above the window line and then shakes the window as it opens.
I get that everyone with a Mustang says it works. Iām just wondering if it works the same way. Does it catch the weather stripping at the top of the door frame every time you open your mustang door?
Hereās to hoping the aftermarket can correct this, Iām thinking Ford is probably more concerned with the MIC top at the moment and will have the dealers solution be a patch kit, like the ones my Mom would sow on the knees of my jeans in the 80ās
Lol, I think your purchasing power and mine are at opposite ends of the spectrum. I think the closest I could come to buying a Ferrari is if found a bumper in a junkyard. No, hate from me though, would love to be able to afford something like that.
