Mostly delivery emails but also built AND "On its way" emails...
Ford cleaning up the backlog or catching up? Or maybe fixing some of these hardtop sitting in holding?
... After 99ing my order and then putting it back in the system with code 10.
Am I at the bottom of the pile now??
So I reached out to Ford Service Canada to find out..
Their reply is, they're reaching out to my DEALERSHIP to find this out...
SERIOUSLY!?
Wtf makes them think my salesman would...
Just looking at the CGI pic on B&P, it looks like the front crossbar has a forward and middle bolt-on option...?
My Escape has the same, however the rear position (for the front bar) is just a stow position to help reduce interior wind noise.
Can someone confirm that this option position...
I plan on a Tepui Foothill RTT, Yakima Skinny Warrior and probably a solar panel. That's likely 150Lbs already.
The basket will likely carry recovery boards, Jerry can, Pano box and 5Lbs propane tank....
🤷
Can't make this up... I guess if you own a Jeep, you're not REALLY into driving it off road anyways! Pffff....

As I browse thru the forum and see some of my Canadian compatriots with VIN's and Windows stickers a MONTH ago...
I was holding a code 99 to get a MY22 mod top but then refreshed to a code 10 with a MIC top aftee that latest email bomb from Ford...
Pretty sure I read that rez timestamp still...
Back when Ford announced it would add sound deadening at no charge for the MIC top... No mention at all about the MOD top.
I bet they knew then that the mid top wasn't gonna be a thing until MY23
Being up in Canada, Ford truly believes our market is definitely secondary....
However, my dealer has their mannequin. 4 door, Wildtrak with MIC top in Area 51.
Driving up to the front of it... THAT STANCE!! Utterly perfect! Seeing the lower suspension and yellow Bilstien's peaking out... those...
I mean, honestly. The 4 door has an extra, backseat panel which is removable. This could of been designed so BOTH 2 door and 4 door clam shells could of been IDENTICAL! I'm sure in every other facet, like size and mounting, they're identical?
But, instead, the middle section on the 4 door had...
I think since I first heard about built-in trail maps WAY back when, there has been very little info about it since.
Those of you lucky enough to be driving their new Bronco's... Can you post some pics/vids of it to give us an idea on how awesome it is?
👍🏻
Yeah, that's me... 2 door Badlands with Mod top. I was willing to wait... Till January or March... But not 2023!!
Had my dealer refresh my order to P-code 10 and added MIC top.
Thoughts... Obviously week 1 reservation dates will STILL take precedent when added for scheduling?
Will 2 doors...
Curious to know what Ford financing has done for those of us who have taken delivery. In Canada, I can get a Explorer ST at 2.99% for 84 months.
Bronco B&P still has 5.99%
What are we seeing in the market place....?
Seems preposterous to me, seeing delivery is likely 7 or 9 months out. Made some informal inquiries, and it looks like I'm the only one...?
This is in Canada by the way...
Bitch of it is, I just hit up my line of credit to max out my TFSA contribution for the year! Obviously it'll be paid off...
From the perspective of, for example, leasing a 2021 for 2 years with the assumption that maybe down the road you'll want a Warthog or a limited edition Bronco? Or the first MY Bronc's may have serious issues....?
Not to mention, you can LOAD up a build with options, and with a trade-in, its...
It's an expensive option in Canada... $1600! I'm sure I could get an EXTRA set of those tires for the same price... It's like Ford isn't taking into consideration you're giving back a set of 5 KO2'S
That and the option BL capable wheels and you're just $2200 away from (again, over priced)...
I want the mod top for the extra removable panels/glass as I don't really have an ideal storage location for the clamshell. So that's a $2500 option in Canada.
Or do I go with the MIC top and an aftermarket folding soft top for summer jamming?
Are you worried that you've committed to buy a Bronco 6 or 8 months ahead of delivery and now the dealership will hold you over a barrel when it comes to negotiating your trade-in value?
Personally, I'm paying MSRP at my Canadian dealership so I'm expecting them to come good with my trade. I...
