So far, I've tried grease between the tire bump stop and body, thinking the squeak was coming from there.... Then I tired a silicone spray lube on the tire-to-bump stop rubber... Nah... Still a horrible squeak noise audible from inside the truck.

Curious if your team has looked at this... Especially with the cost of fuel these days! Ford claims they make a noticeable difference in fuel economy. Something that's obviously super easy to remove when you hit the trails then put back on for the highway drive home 🤷
