Finally finished my cargo load floor on the 'Bad Mule'...
1/2" plywood floor, 1/2" and 3/4" furrings utilizing 8 factory fastening locations. Majority of the construction is glued and stapled. My anchor mount locations utilizing 1/4-20 tee-nuts or threaded inserts.
Slide platform is 3/4" ply, on...
A perfect example of how a gimmicky product can corner a market...
But the stuff is just poorly, POORLY engineered! It's way over priced, "look at my cool gear" crap...
So I bought a pair of 1 gallon water jugs a few years back.
Today I bought the L-bracket mount, standard pax mount and...
So far, I've tried grease between the tire bump stop and body, thinking the squeak was coming from there....
Then I tired a silicone spray lube on the tire-to-bump stop rubber...
Nah... Still a horrible squeak noise audible from inside the truck.
Just went in today for prototype trial fit. Looks great! Second to none coverage...
They said they trimmed something off the 2nd row mat and they're making a production change. (will need to go back for fitting again) Haven't had a look at what they did to it yet, but fit there also looks good...
Noticed a slight highway oscillation noise on the very first drive of my new Squatched 2 door. Ride was very smooth at freeways speeds, however.
After 10k km, there is some vibration and the oscillation noise is MAYBE a little louder. Going into the dealer to be looked at (will I get the "we...
Not a REAL easter egg, as they're all over the Bronco.... This one is probably pretty obvious on a base model without the factory tint.
Can you see it?
An Accessory Ready marking in the glass for the roof rack channel...
Curious if your team has looked at this... Especially with the cost of fuel these days!
Ford claims they make a noticeable difference in fuel economy. Something that's obviously super easy to remove when you hit the trails then put back on for the highway drive home 🤷
I know this can be an issue... Makes a terrible, annoying squeaking noise inside the truck.
It was totally fine right up until I power washed the Mule.
Does Ford use a lube on the rubber bumper? A Petrol based product would eat the rubber 🤷🏻
Whats the best fix?
A new player dropping their hat into the ring for aftermarket Bronco roof racks.

Competitively priced and modular!
Full rack/half rack.
I dunno what's modular about the 2 door rack, but that's what they call it.
Just the highlights... Jeep mileage, on and off road, under 12mpg. Because it's a hybrid, Fiat put a smaller fuel tank in it. I guess not the ideal overland platform.
And then a slew of MIL's... Losses 4 wheel drive...
Have you gone with an all in one solution like GoalZero or Jackery?
Or a component build-out with separate battery/dual battery, charge controller and invertor?
I simple can not find a portable, all in one that fits the bill. Either they allow high current charging but 500 cycle life, or 2000...
Not really the direction I wanna go with my Bad Squatch, but totally appreciate what these guys got here.
I MUST have that spare carrier/Jerry can setup! 💵💰
I know others have had this issue. In both instances, I'm pretty sure it wasn't actually disconnected. Once I was in 4A and today, 2H...
Both errors appeared at start up.
Cleared it (reset error codes) both times with ForScan mobile with no I'll effects.
Likely a connector of pressure sensor...
They really went at it... Wasn't expecting this unti summer time. 🤷
Check the screen shot for details.
Black or silver croasbars...5 crossbars in total. Optional fairing and looks like it includes lighting mount as well.
Best option for me (RTT and Skinny Warrior). OEM rack is $900 CDN thru...
Garage found a loose connector causing my ambient temp reading to go screwy. However the error code came back IMMEDIATELY 🤷
Can someone search for connector c210 location?
Much thanks
First off, all temps are in Celsius...
Never really had an issue before, but noticed the truck always showed about a 2 degree difference in temp compared to Android Auto.
Tonight is bitter cold.... But the Bad Mule has seen these temps before... No prior issue.
HVAC works with data from this...
