The RR steering wheel has a completely different cast armature, so its paddle shifters may not fit.

I think it's cheaper for Ford to build cars this way than to have multiple variations of wiring harnesses and clock springs.

Besides the 2 connectors for the paddle shifters, the Braptor harness also has a few extra wires for the Raptor-specific buttons, but they don't effect anything because they are not connected to any buttons in this steering wheel. There's absolutely nothing to worry about. As for ergonomics...

I should have clarified that. The wire harness from the donor steering wheel makes this installation plug and play. No additional wiring is needed.

That's way cheaper than the Braptor steering wheel. Now we need to know if they fit the Bronco steering wheel.

The base steering wheel and the leather version share the back plastic cap, so they can't be shaped differently.

Very similar but not identical. The back plastic cap won't fit. I see that it's shaped differently around the spokes. So, cutting holes in the original cap might be the only good option if the paddle shifters fit. It's still worth a try.
