Turbocharged engines generate a lot of heat. I don't understand why would anyone want to deliberately decrease the efficiency of the cooling system by partially blocking the airflow with these grille inserts.
I hope you'll figure that out.
I wouldn't blame it on the product quality in this particular case. The lightbar housing on my Bronco is still in great shape even though I live in California.
Buildings with energy-efficient windows can potentially cause such damage. On sunny days, they work like giant reflectors that may create hot spots on dark surfaces.
Here's some examples:

My 2-door was repainted under warranty. It had much worse paint defects though.

I live close by a Tesla factory. These stainless steel caskets swarm over here, but I've never had any desire to take a picture of them. Is there something wrong with me?
@KT_bronco was the only one who managed to post a picture that had both the truck and the Bronco. It's now his turn to come up with the next challenge.
Hope you're having a wonderful vacation!
Your excuse reminded me of the Harley-Davidson challenge. It turned out that every other guy here owned both a Bronco and a Harley, but for various reasons couldn't put the two together and take a pic.
