First ford I've owned so no past experience with it being an issue.
Bar's not too high - my last big purchase, which was my first house - had a foundation that epically failed on us after a year and it started with cracks. So seeing weird gaps on my Bronco is striking a bit of a chord with me 😅...
Did I not say in my first post that it was difficult to get pics? The exterior body panel above the tail light isn't fastened all the way and you can push it in/out about a quarter of an inch. That can let moisture and water in.
The interior issues are also hard to photograph and all I'm after...
6 weeks in, 1100 miles, absolutely loving it so far.
Except my OCD has a few words on a couple of things 👀
Noticed this about 2 weeks after delivery and am taking it to my dealer's body shop to get fixed next week. Pics are hard, but basically the body isn't flush above the passenger tail...
I haven't driven it as much I'd like to give some good feedback on whether it's helping with windshield damage, but so far driving it on CO roads and highways during winter hasn't resulted in any issues! No chips and I can tell it's throwing stuff up when I wash it and don't try the hood all the...
It sounds great with just the tweeters! The owner really emphasized getting the sound stage right and they knocked it out of the park. The EQ is set with the treble pulled down a bit and I haven't noticed much brightness even blasting 00s pop punk with the top down. The low end from the kickers...
I didn't do this myself, but had all this done to mine:
If you're in Colorado I highly recommend that place! Sounds amazing even with the top down. The sub enclosure they built for me is reusable for other installs. So happy with it.
Also switching to Tidal has done wonders for audio quality.
You can definitely tell they love what they do there! I went in with a much lower budget and adjusted after speaking to Joe and getting a run down of what he thought would work. He definitely impressed me enough to pull the trigger on working with them. My husband is/was a live audio engineer...
Just picked Bebop up from the car audio wizards and am shocked at how good it sounds in here. They custom fabricated an enclosure for the sub and hid the Amp so lost no cargo space, and even threw in a lil Easter egg from Bebop's namesake 😍 they do great work at this shop, and you can tell they...
Whooooboy just got Bebop back from the audio wizards and they are, indeed, wizards
A soft top Bronco should not bump like this. The enclosure for the sub is amazing. The little Spike from Cowboy Bebop easter egg is so great. If you're in CO and hate the stock stereo, GO HERE
@helifino16 @PSUTE oh I know it'll be worth the wait, the stock stereo is - and I cannot stress this enough - hot garbage.
I recently switched from Spotify to Tidal for streaming and it made a bit of a difference, but the music I listen to requires a solid low end sub. For Christmas I bought...
If it makes those of you still waiting feel any better, I'm halfway through my first week without my Bronco while the stereo gets upgraded 🥺
Last weekend I was showing him off to some friends and finally spent some time looking at the rear, and realized that part of the body panel above the...
It locks your speed in so you don't need to bother with any pedals to maintain a constant velocity. If you just put it in gear and you're going downhill odds are, it'll gain momentum and you need to manage it with the brake pedal or shifting so you don't over rev the engine.
(Disclaimer: am not...
I've had mine for a week and love it so far. Hadn't had a vehicle with a manual in 10+ years but got right back into the hang of it.
Random question tho, anyone else noticing that sometimes the shift to second, the shifter feels like it catches twice, once when you're in gear but also before...
