I used a Racor phl-1r hoist for a 2d wrangler hard top. About $150 or so, worked well. They seem to go in and out of availability at places like HD and WallyWorld. There are videos out there about how it has been done. One person operation to get the top off/on.
Could always tell them YOU’RE going to need a sweet leather duffel bag and two coffee mugs to advance the order into the “let’s talk price” phase.
So for the just-barely-old-enough-to-buy-beer crowd, it’d be like a triple caf double sugar with whip venti package.
Not being cool anymore sure stinks.

An outstanding degree of integrity, straightforward communication, and a highly competitive price that’s discussed all over the forum several places, at length.
2017 Tacomama is my first and likely last. Hate the throttle lag and indecisive downshifting. First A/T because none of the manual trims were viable. I expected way better.
Thinking I’ll go back to manual...4dr BD with hard top and Mid.
Not gonna lie, that was my first thought too if there’s no factory white top option at a reasonable price.
I’ve only ever derped little things like emblems though. I know bigger stuff can be done, but it’s outside my experience.
Factory hard vs soft top may affect things such as whether it’s wired/plumbed for rear window defroster and wiper/washer, if those are a consideration for you. Might be worth looking into if you care.
Whenever a Bronco is referred to as a “car,” somewhere in the world, a slice of pineapple pizza falls to the ground and lands topping-side down.
