This will be the last Ford I ever purchase. I don’t have any now but I have owned them in the past. I can get over a dealership screwing me but when it’s the main company I just have a hard time forgiving.

The video didn’t look that bad. I am going to guess bad batch of tie rods or poorly manufactured. No reason for both to break on what I just saw.

Seems like something nefarious is at work here? Did you trying turning the wheels while the wheels didn’t want to turn? Maybe just a bad batch of tie rods.
