I was already waiting till MY22 for a MOD too, but I can’t wait till 23 or later. So I’ve switched to the MIC top for my 2D Bronco.

You might want to search for threads discussing painting a MIC top. It isn’t going to be inexpensive and it might not work out vey well. If you have to have a black top MY23 MOD top is the option. I’m giving in and getting the MIC top in 22, my truck won’t make it to 23.

This is the news I want to see officially released. Ford should be using every penalty and claw back clause in the Webasto contract. They should bring the top production in house or to another vendor or two.

Thanks for your thoughts and pictures. I needed this today as the email MOD top issues crushed my spirit yesterday. Maybe I can still buy a MY22 2 door MIC. Hope springs eternal.

Put down the cool aid. Reservation Holders are clearly not put first. Every change Ford has made to the process proves this out.

Get ready to cancel, it’s going to happen. Or refuse to drive by any Ford dealers until your “reserved” (LOL, reserved…) Bronco shows up.

As a 2 door Mod Top reservation holder this may finally be the straw that breaks the camels back. I don’t think my old truck is going to make it till 2023 or beyond (based on this fiasco so far). I guess I’m going to have to start looking at other options. I’m beyond disappointed.
