  1. Why I switched to the 2.3L over the 2.7L...

For what it is worth I am a Mechanical Engineer and have been beating the piss out of trail rigs for decades....trust me that the latter is more important. This will be my first "nice" trail rig for more relaxed overlanding and exploring. I have no doubts that the 10R60 likely has 20-30%...
  2. 2021+ Bronco Workshop Manual (6th Gen) now live

Don't forget the 4.7 gear ratios....literally the only reason I am Squatching my BL. Planning 37's and eventually all the suspension will be replaced with mid or long arm. Not having to mess with the gears makes Squatch worth the $2500 to me.
  3. Ryan Kennelly 4WP Introduction

Hey Ryan, fellow San Diegan here! Can you jump under one of those Broncos and help us settle the 10R80 vs 10R60 debate? Seems there is some confusion on which 10 speed we are getting.
  4. Traxxas RC Bronco announced. Maybe I can at least get thisto tide me over...

He said "decent" not "disposable" 😜
  5. 10R60 (not 10R80) 10-speed automatic transmission for 2021 Bronco [update: confirmed in Ford parts system]

Not mad bro, just letting you know I got the joke. Some people would take it serious and expect a response.
  6. 10R60 (not 10R80) 10-speed automatic transmission for 2021 Bronco [update: confirmed in Ford parts system]

  7. 10R60 (not 10R80) 10-speed automatic transmission for 2021 Bronco [update: confirmed in Ford parts system]

Has anybody reached out to Levine to clarify? I don't have Twitter or I would.
  8. NEW HORSEPOWER / TORQUE SPECS for 2021 Bronco 2.3L and 2.7L

While I agree the 2.3L will be fine for most I wouldn't call 30 hp & 90 lb-ft "little"....especially through 4.7 gears. We haven't seen the curves yet but if I were a betting man, I'd bet the 2.7 hp & torque come in at lower RPMs as well....time will tell.
  9. The Winch: Say Goodbye to My Front-Camera and ACC?

Thanks for the info! I really like that bumper, hopefully a similar one for the Bronco looks as sharp. Exactly the tucked winch style I am going for. Likely will need a front mount intercooler and drop down to 2 LP6's (or maybe LP9's) instead of the 5 shown. With the 4 pods below it should...
  10. The Winch: Say Goodbye to My Front-Camera and ACC?

You can have everything in this case. I for one will be waiting for (or building) a bumper that allows a more tucked winch option (requires intercooler relocation as stated) than factory while also having sensor mounting locations. This along with not having the brush guard or lights mounted...
  11. The Winch: Say Goodbye to My Front-Camera and ACC?

I'd call them to be sure. I assume this is completely up to the dealer and how on top of it they are. Many will probably just order and install without asking.
  12. The Winch: Say Goodbye to My Front-Camera and ACC?

Cancel the winch order when you get the call. The aftermarket will have better and cheaper solutions that maintain functionality.
  13. BuiltRight Industries - Innovative Gear Mounting Systems

Rear side window deletes that are replaced with panels that open to allow access to cargo area....something like these:
  14. New Improved Brush Guard / Bull Bar Design and Location on Race Red Bronco Badlands!

If you don't like it...don't order it. There will many aftermarket options within months.
  15. Bronco Fireside Chat: Few interesting pieces of information.

And the Sport should be "Colt"
  16. Warthog Bronco Spied With New Grille & Fender Details

It was a joke since every other thread turns into the "cup holder thread"...
  17. Warthog Bronco Spied With New Grille & Fender Details

I only have 1 question...how many cup holders does it have?
