Thast does suck, that's shipping..not ford...but its not bad damage, get it fixed and sell it if you are not happy.... for 40k above what you paid and buy something else. Raptor..
not likely, not even close dude..it can happen anywhere in the process obviously but being shipped like that no way unless they worked it out with the dealership because of commodity constraints even then, I don't see it.
its was damaged in production, that's why we have controls in place..it could have happened in shipping and the installer did not catch it in time, that's why he have repair bench to switch it out after production line.. really? no QC.. that plant is crawling with QC, you will never ever catch...

Maybe you are right, maybe Bronco 6g is the wrong place to show it.
again, this is not from the company. Not from marketing..just from employees representatives in the joint trust, whom work for them. One more round of legal to go thru and hopefully tomorrow evening or wednesday sometime, but you never know, like most good things they require time and patients.
