Hard to believe we are this close to it actually happening. I’ve been waiting so long for this like many of you. Just hope there won’t be one of those learning experiences where God shows me His sense of humor and allows a massive heart attack, let’s say the morning of July 9th, and I get to go...

Ridiculous speed? No - LUDICROUS speed! orrrr perhaps it’s time for warp speed... Scotty?
  3. Just remember - this is a rival, not a clone (to Jeep Wrangler)

I also happen to be of the opinion that driving a Bronco with the windows down, and the top removed, would make for the best ventilator I could ever wear. Social distancing? No problem. Just me and the wife up in the woods. Assuming trees aren’t passing on Covid yet. Hopefully things will ease...
  4. 2.7 vs coyote power curve

I’m hoping for the 2.7 as well. Well built engine from what I read back when it came out. Stout and economical, with good power. Fords turbos have been quite reliable over the past several years, ecoboost-wise. The 3.5 has been out for some time, in all kinds of applications. Oil-fed...
  5. Bronco Interior: Plastics, Synthetics, and Leather

Think I like direction Ford is going with the dash. Just hoping for saddle-blanket bench seat, or buffalo plaid low buckets! Actually, a plaid print vinyl would be easier to clean, now that I think about it...

  7. 2021 Bronco Reveal Event - Submit Your Questions [UPDATE: EVENT POSTPONED]

Ford used to own part of Mazda, which was when they partnered on lots of projects. However Ford sold off all of their stake in Mazda a few years back. So not likely I think.
  8. 2021 Bronco Reveal Event - Submit Your Questions [UPDATE: EVENT POSTPONED]

Regarding your question about engines, there are no reports I know of about Ford developing an inline 6 for the Bronco, or any other application.

  11. Bronco release pushed back due to Coronavirus?

  12. Best Uncovered Looks Yet! Black 4 Door Bronco + 2 Door Without Top

I am much more confident in Ford electronics than Jeep’s. Hopefully FCA figures it out.
  13. Best Uncovered Looks Yet! Black 4 Door Bronco + 2 Door Without Top

It does help with minor wandering, but you’re right. Won’t solve the problem due to other issue. Jeep is trying it anyways to help with overall steering problems. But it definitely solved the problem on my F250 that had a worn stab.
  14. Best Uncovered Looks Yet! Black 4 Door Bronco + 2 Door Without Top

A lot of the death wobble has to do with large aggressive tires on a solid front axle setup, especially without steering stabilizers...air pressure...geometry...Bronco is being setup with independent front suspension, probably exclusively. Should mitigate wobble woes for most applications. Not...
  15. Best Uncovered Looks Yet! Black 4 Door Bronco + 2 Door Without Top

You should be able to attach some bungies easily to keep the upside-down flip glass from going down too far... great idea- good ol’ Yankee ingenuity!!
  16. Best Uncovered Looks Yet! Black 4 Door Bronco + 2 Door Without Top

    ...or the original Bronco pickups.
  17. Best Uncovered Looks Yet! Black 4 Door Bronco + 2 Door Without Top

Does look like it could be that modular of a design. Crispy has been saying there’s more to come. More than we can imagine. Exciting times for sure.

Just being a smart ass. Assuming Bronco reveal is going to be at any event on the 18th... And I may need CPR.
