interested! DM sent. Two Questions: 1) does this add any additional steps to door removal? 2) if I don’t install the door delete kit, can the unit handle being stepped on while not deployed (by other people who sometimes don’t realize a rock rail isn’t a step)

My dealer can’t locate my unconverted reservation from last year. When I log into ford I see this screen that has an order number dating to 3/15. Any idea what’s going on? I’m lost.
