The Ford Performance cover comes with its own bolts, and is heavier which is why it has a different torque spec then the OEM non performance one.

there is no bash plate over the transmission pan in any model , unless you get after market one

Do you have a 2.3 or 2.7. ? For some reason the process doesn't work correctly on 2.3L engine Broncos maybe because of the difference of vacuum assist for the 2.3 but seems strange that would impact it. Though Ford has done stranger things 🤷‍♂️

You got lucky then, we went out with 15 Broncos, 6 lost alternators, half of them already had the shield

Unfortunately it doesn't do much :( If you are changing out your alternator then can add it, but would not go through the trouble to just add it. If the water is dirty its still going to cause issues.

And another vote for Turn Offroad as well, not playing with peoples money for months ( or years ) solid product, ready to ship, and been transparent about everything along the way.

Its front drive unit breather tube, its mounted high so water doesn't get in it. the clip should go over a screw end to keep it from flopping around

I have no experience with the rally tops one, though they have been around providing tops for a while. I have the Turn Off road top and extremely happy with it. As well as impressed with Turn Offroad as a company in general.
