Mine was at dirt mountain for 3 months too... If it makes you feel better it just started this. I've been through a car wash, heavy rain, and another wash at home with a foam cannon without issue. Just started today.
Add this to the honeycomb/snakeskin texture and exposed uneven edges of MIC 1.1.... Oh yeah, don't forget the clicking sounds it loves make after the temperature drops.
I've joined the leaky top club 42 days & 1,370 miles after delivery.
The Bronco was parked on a level surface at work for...
Well... I officially joined the club tonight after work! After sitting on a level surface for about 3 hours of consistent rain, I climbed in the Bronco and was greeted with this.... Getting my first oil change at 1400 miles with the dealer on Saturday and will be reporting the latest developments!
I purchased this one from Amazon. I bought it specifically because it was the only thin silicone cover I could find that didn't have the Ford oval cutout on the back. The Bronco is so new, there are no specific ones for the Bronco key on Amazon. It protects the entire back of the key fob...
I ordered this tempered glass screen protector from Amazon and installed it earlier today.

It's meant for a F-150, but I assumed all the 8 inch Sync displays would be the same or identical. It worked out decently...
If it starts to bother you enough while your waiting for the foam to come in, or if it's not too late to cancel your order... Stop by a local craft store and pick up a sheet or two for practically nothing.....
I bought the sheet from Hobby Lobby.... I also included a link for Michaels...
Mine started when the temp dropped to just a little below 40 for the first time. The cold weather does something to the top. Your solution is still working great for me. I removed one of the panels to look at something and the foam stayed in place when I replaced the panel. I have a couple extra...
@BossBronco my top don't leak... I was just posting a reference pic for the OP. It's been through heavy rain and a touch-free wash so I think I'm good. :) I'll keep an eye out for any leaks when I wash it this weekend with my new foam cannon!
All of the seams are larger than they appear on the...
You can place it where you want on the front as it's just 3M strips with pull tabs once you get it placed where you prefer. If I would have placed it on the very edge.... you could still see the front edge of the hood so I pulled it down a bit to make sure it was completely covered. I also...
This is the top of my 2DR. I have quite a bit of wind noise when traveling at speed. I think its just the shape of the Bronco more than anything. I was driving with front panels removed and the windows up over the weekend. I heard the same whistling sound the entire time, just a bit louder.
I purchased the Aeroskin I from Ruxer Ford and had it shipped to my house. I purchased the last one in stock and it don't appear to have been restocked since then.

I have a feeling that it might have been discontinued.... When I...
I think the 2.0 top is really 1.1..... I've had the same observations as you. Slight snakeskin/honeycomb and some unfinished edges primarily vertically around the rear corners facing drag. This is where the issues will start playing out eventually. We'll see how it holds up this winter... Mine...
Thanks for posting this! I had the front panels off today enjoying the autumn colors. When reinstalling them I used the foam and it seems to have done the trick. No more clicking! The guide pin didn’t pierce the foam, it made more of a bubble around the pin and fills the void completely.…
I noticed everything people are mentioning/discovering on the 2.0 tops few weeks ago. Slight honeycomb/snakeskin and lots of exposed edges. For the most part mine doesn’t appear to be deteriroting, but this cooler Kentucky weather will surely be the test of that!
I’ve been following this thread...
I originally received the 42,000 points shortly after activating Ford Pass on the Bronco. The additional 20,000 points were credited shortly after. I currently have the correct 62,000 points.
When I fill up my 2Dr 2.7 SAS, the range is never over 300. It usually says 295 for me and I think that's being generous. Mostly city driving with auto start/stop disabled, I'm averaging around 15.5 - 16 mpg on Costco 93 premium fuel. If I used every drop of fuel in the tank with 16mpg, the...
