I really like the condor XL setup and I was very close to pulling the trigger on it until the 4WP off-road shop made me a Labor Day. Deal on the smittybilt scout trailer/ tent combo, fully assembled and ready to roll with upgraded pro comp tires and shocks 8K out the door
As a side note I was in...
First off, I don't have one on my Bronco, mine is mounted on a overland trailer. In my case, beggars can't be choosy because I couldn't pass up the deal on the smittybilt gen 2 rooftop tent. I've had it set up outside the house here in Texas and over the last 2 weeks more than 10 inches of rain...
Exodus to the fantastic job, I ordered the 3.0 from the dealer and it showed up in a week. Imagine that.
Drove down to San Marcos. Got there. 7:00 a.m. dropped off the Bronco, hung out for a few hours. It was done after lunch
They've got a portal on display in the showroom to Oogle. I'm waiting...
Exodus has my old 2.0 rack that has been beefcaked with 74 Weld parts for sale, I opted to stay with the Ford performance rods be it still want a fusible link when I decide to Yee Haw it at a moments notice.
It's not environmentally friendly but 40 years ago I used to take my old oil after an oil change, put it in a paint cup and spray it underneath my my 69 Ford 1 ton and my 74. Highboy
No Chips or Cracks yet, the factory MT's were throwing rocks, Hood deflector helped, Went to Goodyear AT's on wheels with a little Poke and no where near as bad but I have some 37" Nitto Trail Grappler M/T;s waitong in the wings- I feel rock chips and cracks in the foreseeable future.
I use a Proclip that just snaps on with no other mods like screws or glue. It might not work if you've got one of those extended mole panels across the dash
Got a screaming deal on a smittybilt scalp camping trailer, I couldn't pass it up.
It has some really sweet looking pro comp tires and wheels about 35 in with upgraded shocks as well.
In a perfect world this thing would have the same bolt pattern as the Bronco. But it's five on five. Hooray for...
